Our telephone number is a landline number and therefore will cost you the price of a standard local or national call, however charges to landlines can vary according to your network provider.
Payment details
Online payments are processed via PayPal through which you can pay using any major credit card.
Prices
All prices are valid at time of purchase.
Prices are not subject to VAT.
Delivery
The cost of delivery is £5.99 for orders less than £50. Delivery is free for orders of £50 or over.
There is no delivery charge if we bring your order to your next appointment with us.
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible upon receipt of payment.
However please do allow up to 30 days for delivery.
If you require items in a hurry or by a particular date then please drop us an email before ordering and we will advise you as to whether that is possible.
Substitute items
If an item/items are out of stock we may send a substitute item, if the substitute is not suitable then please contact us and we will arrange for you to return it to us free of charge.
If an item is out of stock but can be back ordered then we will attempt to contact you to see if you wish us to back order it for you and let you know the estimated delay on receiving the item. If you do not wish us to back order the item or the item cannot be back ordered then we will refund your payment method with the amount paid for the item/items.
Cancelling your order - goods
Under the Distance Selling Regulations customers have the right to cancel their order due to changing their mind or not liking the goods within a seven day 'cooling off' period (subject to certain exceptions which are listed below) this means that you have until the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you received the goods to cancel the order.
Exceptions to the cooling off period:
- You had the goods made to your specification or personalised
- The items are likely to go off or deteriorate quickly such as flowers or fresh foods
- The goods by their nature cannot be returned
- You have opened sealed software, CDs, DVDs etc
- The items are newspapers, periodicals or magazines
- The price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market
How to cancel
To cancel your order for goods or services then please write or email us on the contact details above. We highly recommend for your own protection that if you cancel by letter that you either send it via registered mail so that you can track its delivery or get proof of postage however this is not compulsory.
We also accept cancellation of orders via phone however telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing by post or email within seven days.
Returning items to us
All items must be returned to us in a reasonable condition and with any relevant security seals on software/CDs/DVDs etc intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage to us and for ensuring that they take reasonable care in both ensuring the items get back to us and that they are not damaged in transit. If the customer does not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged or the customer fails to return the items (or sends them at our expense) then we reserve the right to charge the customer for the collection of the goods or for the value of the goods/money owed.
Items that were sent to you in substitution or which are faulty and need to be returned, then delivery will be paid for by us, please contact us before sending them so that we can arrange the best way to return them to us if required.
Faulty items/goods damaged in transit
Please contact us as soon as possible by one of the above methods if you have received items that are either faulty or have been damaged in transit and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
On notification of the cancellation of your order (via the process stated above) then we will refund the payment method that was used to purchase the items with the full cost of your order including delivery, we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
